Trivial Plus

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Trivial app and services provided by FlayrLabs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Trivial you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trivial for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

Subscriptions (Trivial Plus)

Trivial Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99/month or $29.99/year, with an optional introductory free trial where eligible. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Hint packs & consumables

Hint packs are one-time, consumable in-app purchases. Once delivered to your account they are non-refundable except where required by law. Consumables are tied to your account and are not transferable.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its services.
Do not use offensive display names or disrupt other players in multiplayer.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Content

Trivia questions may be generated using AI and are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee that every question or answer is accurate or error-free.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlayrLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
